Myoton filed a new patent

Myoton AS has filed a new patent for the development of the next generation of skeletal muscle assessment. The patent is for the new MyotonPRO device as well as novel measurement parameters, namely Creep-ability and Mechanical Stress Relaxation time.
The patent application for "Device and method for real-time measurement of parameters of mechanical stress state and biomechanical properties of soft biological tissue" was initially filed in Estonia in December 2010 and this was , followed by the PCT filing in July 2011.
This patent expands Myoton's proprietary muscle measurement technologies and methods to further strengthen its existing patent portfolio and maintain the company's freedom to develop and operate new proprietary products and services for the assessment of soft biological tissue.
